Timeline
Tennis is inaccessible to many youth in our community due to cost and opportunity. Our goal is to provide tennis instruction, experiences and mentorship to these underserved youth. We believe in tennis for all and that tennis is an excellent foundation to build strong futures on.
February 2024
Launch day
Jeffrey Smallwood and Cheryl Kindred founded One More Ball Foundation. The organization's goal is to provide financial assistance to the area's and families to offset the high cost of tennis lessons, competing in tournaments and traveling to see the professionals in major tournaments.
March 2024
Indian Wells Family day
We charted 43 kids on a charter bus from the Phoenix, Arizona area to Indian Wells family day in Palm Springs, California. Indian Wells Tennis Garden is known as the 5th Grand Slam. The kids were able to hit with current touring pros and have a fun filled day playing tennis.
August 2024
Back to school Six Flags trip
To kick off the school year we were able to fund 20 tickets, 3 cabanas and 5 food passes for our kids to Six Flags Hurricane Harbor.
